  1. Direct debits

    You should allow direct debits to be set up from USaver. We want to park all our money in the savings account and do not want to leave anything in other accounts. You should encourage youngsters to park money and not have in separate accounts everywhere. I can't even pay my rent from it. I don't want transfer it from one account to another just for the sake of doing it.

  3. The black hole of communication

    Perhaps you should have a website that people can access? or a call centre with people that actually answer the phone? Instead of doing half a job, why don't you complete it?...like when you refer people to an email address you should get someone to respond. Your on hold message (and I can tell you, I have been on hold) states to contact your banking rep.....but strangely they don't return calls or emails either.

    How can I earn bonus interest plus a higher interest rate on my account? Otherwise I’ll simply transfer the balance and close my UBank accounts.

  9. Over the top security!

    I am in the middle of awaiting a decision that can apparently take 5 business days to update a mobile phone number. That is ridiculous. Employ more staff then. I want my money out and that cannot happen until I not only answer the security questions but you follow it up with having to enter a code sent to my mobile - hence the issue. I am incredibly annoyed and I will NEVER recommend your facility but I definitely will be recommending ING who are much more customer satisfaction orientated.

  10. Change your forms to smart forms

    The process now of downloading and scanning uploading is hardly in part of a seemless Online experiance. Once you have verified my identity once the forms should be able to be digitally signed

  11. Overseas funds transfer facility.

    It would be really cool if you guys allowed for over seas bank account transfers, especially if it had the capability to convert to the required currency upon doing so!

    I spoke to Michael today 4/8/2020 ref 488494/551961402 and asked why the bonus interest was not applied to my super funds USaver account. He politely and patiently explained to me that the words "interest margin" shown on the statement represents the bonus interest. I suggested that UBank should print the word "bonus" on the statement e.g. "bonus interest statement" to make it clearer. Anyway, this message is to express my appreciation to Michael in the way he handled my call.

  13. STOP SWEEPS

    Although i love banking with U it is incredibly frustrating that I cannot stop the automatic sweep from my savings into my daily account via my phone. I've already called and asked customer service but it's still happening. Shouldn't customers be sweeping from their daily into their savings instead??
    Make it an option to stop this function using my mobile app PLEASE!

    Why don't you send information to customers by email? Where I live this is much more secure than AustraliaPost. Some days I receive three letters from UBank all containing confidential information about my TDs. UBank is wasting money, sending information carelessly and not being a modern electronic bank.

  17. Option to sweep USpend to USave, that's it.

    I would like the option to sweep anything in my USpend over $750 to my USave account, that's it.
    I don't want any money swept back to my USpend account.
