  1. LOST VISA CARD OVERSEAS

    I lost my visa in India. You people refuse to send me a card in India but to my QLD home address. Hopefully there's someone at home but if there is the card had to be sent from home to your India address by special delivery.
    With me the Aus post delivery was botched for it went via Mumbai and took two weeks. Ubank sent out duplicate two visa cards to my QLD address and sent the password for the second card after the first card was mailed to India. You did not send out the password for the first…

  2. Does not work correctly on samsung galaxy S8. When logging in, shows message "Oops something went wrong. Please try again later",

    Not working correctly on my Samsung S8. When logging in it shows "Oops something went wrong. Please try again later". But home screen is in background and can be accessed and transactions work. Also can add and pay NEW billers, but they are not saved.

  3. removing functions from online website so only available through app making product too restrictive for online users

    Can see many users request functions be available on app, good to see you are responding to their requests, however, this is now occurring to the detriment of your online users. Can no longer manage sweeps online, tracking account balance now moved to app. Terms & conditions describing sweeps state: 'the amounts are configurable at any time you wish to amend them by logging into ubank.com.au or the UBank Mobile App'. Online when select manage sweeps refers user to the App. My preference is to do my banking online, not via the App

  4. Thanks for the cheap homeloan but I'm taking my transaction accounts back to a 'real' bank

    For an online-only bank you are way behind in tech and too difficult to deal with on a daily basis as your internet banking is down FAR too often.

  5. csv export for home loan

    I can't believe that the only way to get figures from the home loan manager is by generating a pdf statement!
    That is of NO USE whatsoever for putting the figures into ANY money-managing software.
    Where is the CSV export???? Switching to Ubank is like stepping back into the 1990s as far as technology goes.

    Please bring back the ability to manage sweeps from Windows Desktop PC through the browser interface. Some of us do not have a mobile phone, or it is too old, or we elect not to use it for such things.

  9. Bonus interest

    Via web site I have to dig to find out if bonus interest is active,
    In the overview page, put a green tick in accounts summary heading, red Cross (not active) - I mean- IT IS THE OVERVIEW page
    Or popup like in the app.
    It's STUPID things like this that make uBank less usefull

  10. Not an idea, maybe a bug

    Hello, after paying a bill with BPay I received a rather odd response page. I entered the details for the BPay transfer, the next screen showed the biller and the amount and then asked to enter the security code. After entering the security code the app went to the next screen which looked like the attachment. Apologies if this is not the right forum to post this, I couldn't find an issues topic.

  14. Rectify

    UBank have a problem with app that needs to be rectified. When online banking with my laptop & the bank needs to send a SMS security code to my phone, I cannot see it for I'm automatically sent me to the UBank app and cannot see code there either! Please rectify!!

  16. LET ME ACCESS MY FUCKNG ACCOUNTS

    Internet banking is always unavailable. I have tried to log on on 4 different days this week for it to say internet banking is unavailable. Some days I see my accounts before it kicks me out and other times I enter my username and password and it wont go any further. I am OVER ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. I want transfer moneyyyyyyyy. Yes I am on a computer, yes I have tried from other computers, no it wasn't a public holiday. let me access my ******* money.

  17. Allow reoccurring BPay payments

    Allow reoccuring bpay payments. It currently says this is not able to be done as the customer reference number is different each time. However, this is not true for regular monthly bills such as Telstra, electricity etc. I currently have this set up for my previous ANZ accounts and is highly convenient.

    I am so very dissatisfied with Ubank. I am constantly phony g for help & waiting for hours before I hang up in frustration. My tspnpay function is not working so wasted time in The supermarket & on phone again waiting for help.
    My advice: Dont take out Uvank online account.
    Would be great if there were actually people
    not person ( singular) on the other end if the of the contact number.
    My time is too precious to waste on this banking company any more.

  20. customer feedback access

    I just spent three days on the phone to customer service to sort out a "dormant account"(not notified) then being unable to transfer funds, both internal & external. I pity the customer service staff as they had no idea of how to fix the problem, so there was a lot of conflicting information and frustration. Now I'm into the fourth day, trying to do the right thing, by sending constructive feedback. Well that's not easy. Very hard to find feedback page, without a lot of research.
