  2. Allow nicknames or renaming of Payees for quick identification when paying

    Sometime you need a nickname for payees so you can differentiate between simialr names with multiple accounts, particualry you own if you have more than one external account

  3. Fixing up PIN setup

    Just made a new account where I created a pin. Despite entering an unpredictable pin, it provides a message that it's invalid and predictable. This bug needs to be fixed

  5. Download Proof of Balance of accounts

    When lodging a claim for Centrelink, they ask for proof of balance as the current balance doesnt always reflect the last statement. NAB have just introduced this feature and since Ubank is powered by NAB it would be great to bring this feature here as well.

  6. Online message centre

    After sitting on hold for an hour and giving up, I think an online bank should have an app based message centre where secure messages can be sent and at the banks convenience they can reply with the information requested. Bank West have one that works really well and no need to sit on hold for so long.

  7. Add a net balance this month

    I love the spending and income in the this month section but would love to see a net section that would allow you to look further back in time. E.g. my net balance this year.

  10. Bring back balance time graph to the web and app and increase maximum time to 10 years

    Its nice to be able to aee your progres over the years. Bring it back.

  11. wait for service on phone

    I am trying to get into my online account to get information for Centrelink. I seem to have been locked out. I have sat on the phone for a very long time to get help. This is not good enough and I'm very upset.
    You "love to save me money" by not employing enough people to help.

  12. Transactions to display on date paid, not date the merchant settled

    Transactions are displayed under the date the merchant settles the transaction with the date the card is actually used displayed at the end of the description. Would be less confusing to just leave the transaction as pending on the date the card was used so you can reconcile easier.

  14. Very Poor Customer Service

    I am really upset with the customer service of the loan processing team.
    I applied for a loan top up back in April. Although I got an automated email that it has been assigned to a specialist, no further email was received. I had to follow up with the customer team after a week to get an update from the specialist.
    Similarly, I did not get any update after the valuation was conducted and got a response only after I followed up after a week.
    My salary slips were requested again. Submitted them and got a response after a week…

  16. Increase interest rates

    Hello. I would like to know if you can match ING savings maximise interest rate?
    I mean about $30 per month interest with ING on $30k investment. UBANK only gives me $8 per month interest on $30k.
    I will move over to ING in 7 days if UBANK cannot match interest rate.

  20. Evetytime I get an SMS from Ubank about a failed payment, there is no indication of what payment has failed after logging into the app/web.

    No details about this in the SMS, which is fine for privacy considerations, but at least tell me all about the failed transaction or payment, once I start looking for it after logging into the app or through the website.
