  2. Send replacement cards out more quickly. 3-5 business days plus another two for the PIN! Not happy.

    My new card did not arrive at my registered mailing address. When I called to enquire I was told it was be over a week before I would receive a replacement VISA debit card. I need this card, but clearly Ubank is not to be relied upon in an emergency. Customer service at Ubank, just terrible :(

  3. Fix SMSF saver application form corporate trustee ACN field

    I tried entering my corporate trustee's ACN but it could not validate it as a valid ACN. I checked on my Certificate of Registration and entered it correctly again and it keeps failing.

    Therefore, I cannot proceed with the online application.

  4. Consider User Experience Design when developing the website and app

    Hi!

    I am new to the field of web design but something which we learnt heavily at uni was User Experience Design.

    The user journey of navigating the UBank website and app is difficult and a quite frustrating. There are certain features of the website that are not working correctly, and overall the whole experience of using both is very tiresome (and I'm reasonably tech savvy).

    Maybe the new branding strategy has dictated the design of the website and app too heavily?

    Something to consider with the digital design team?

  5. fix this system error

    The first time I try to connect to Ubank I get this error. But if I try again straight away I can connect ok. This started about a month or so ago. Only happens every first time. 2nd attempt is ok

  6. Let me Bpay when I want too

    Booking flights on Qantas at 0100 hrs on Sunday morning (because that's when I was doing it). To avoid fees I can Bpay by midnight Sunday to secure the booking. Now maybe it'll all work out, the transactions will happen on Monday. But Ubank won't let me transfer my own money. I should be able to acknowledge the fact that it is not a business day and complete the transaction when I choose. Hopefully Qantas will be more flexible than Ubank.

  8. Fix your 'Transfer Funds' screen

    See the attached screen shot of the Ubank transfer funds screen. The 'from' account drop-down box is unusably small. I am using Google Chrome.

  9. Why are transfers to my account of $11K through Bpay not available as cleared funds to make a payment of $460. Will Bpay not honour ??

    Why is there no facility to lodge an enquiry.
    This idea of feedback is only open to suggestions ???

  10. Train your staff to know the difference between AEST time & AEDT (also as Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time)

    Your staff keep making appointments for AEST time & then calling me an hour earlier when I am unavailable (usually driving or in a meeting). You make appointment times. I am available when you ask me to be. You are not. When called you promise to call back at the correct time and then do not (I'm still waiting Kevin...) - Where is the professionalism?!?

  12. Cross collateral

    I was told that ubank does not allow cross collaterallized home loans which restricts your target market. It is common place in the industry and a regular investment strategy. I shouldn't have to sell my assets to draw on equity I have.

    Why don't you all get together and get it straight on what the Rules etc are on a term Deposit is each time I speak to someone on it I get different answere's . Now the last one I spoke to said no to everything other's had away round it;Will thank's Ubank You used to be good but not any more, you aren't the only bank out there.I will be closing my account's and going elsewhere.

  14. Avoid circular references for more information when none exists

    Dear Ubank,

    On 23 Jan your website https://www.ubank.com.au/help#/?m=c&id=37020 says "Please keep an eye on our Facebook and Twitter accounts for real time updates."

    So I go to facebook and, after the Photos and Videos adverts, the first post is another advert about "home ownership from a group with a unique perspective" and then the comments, then scrolling down a post 1 hour ago REPEATING the words of the website I just came from and POINTING me back to the SAME PAGE "For more information, click here: http://bit.ly/1S0tEQk"

    The website points to facebook for real time updates, but facebook just…

  15. Change the name - It's not "My Money" if i cannot log in to a reliable website.Too often your site is "unavailable"

    Show on the website data on When/how long your site is unavailable, its behaving like a brick and mortar bank.

  17. I don't know why you stopped the easy transfer "money in" facility. I used to enjoy choosing "money in" or "money out"...I wonder why?

    I didn't receive an sms code when I transferred money a couple of weeks ago..wonder why this didn't happen?..The money still transferred.

  18. The periods available for term deposits need to be more flexible.

    Customers should be able to specify the number of days or months we wish for our term deposit. This is particularly important now for SMSFs with transition to retirement pensions. It is in our interest to maximise tax free interest earning in 2016-17, rather than being subject to income tax in 2017-18. So we need to invest in term deposits that mature on 30 June 2017, rather than being forced to invest in term deposits that straddle 30 June. Jeff
