Insights: Income & Expenses Overview crashing
The recategorising section in the Income and Expenses overview is great, but every time I open the page, the website crashes (meaning I can't re-categorise anything).
Someone in securemail told me that this feature was in the process of being removed, which I find disappointing as I am trying to simplify our banking to just two UBank accounts and track where our funds go - so much promise with this feature, but everyone just suggests to use Free2Spend on the App which can't do the same thing :( - UBank please consider fixing, improving or replacing rather than removing this feature.
Every. Single. Time.
Very frustrating UBank!!!
still broken 2 years later
experiencing it now
What an embarrassment for an online-only bank. Woeful.
I am also experiencing this issue using a Mac with Safari and Firefox

I am experiencing the same as some other users. Whenever I try to re-categorise anything I receive the "internet banking is temporarily unavailable" message.
I used the online chat and they informed me that at their end it worked fine so it must be my end.
I've now tried on my PC at home, two different PC's at work, and my laptop on a wireless connection.
I've tried Chrome, Mozilla, Edge, IE.
So that's 4 computers, 3 different internet connections (different ISPs), 4 different browsers.
I've cleared the cache, browsing history, and temp files (Ubank's suggestion).
Still not operational though.
With all the people on hear and the effort I've gone through I would have thought Ubank may have a fix. Even if it is our end (not saying it is), surely a common occurrence would have a simple fix in a FAQ style trouble shoot.
It's a shame, I was looking forward to utilising this tool.
It's ridiculous. If they can't fix the feature why not just remove it. It crashes every single time.
every time i try to change the catagory of an expense or even look at my expense break downs the whole site crashes and comes up with "online banking is currently not available" and i have to close the tab to re open and log in again should i wish to continue banking. I have expressed this in the passed and was told i would be notified when the problem was fixed... over a year ago now!
relook at your web page. Eachn and every time I go into the income vs expenses page and try to change a payment allocation from my statement, the web site crashes.. It has been doing this for months. What a great feature, but i cant use it!!!!

This is still broken, and trying to re-categorise income or expenses crashes your session. It's pretty inconceivable that this is still an outstanding issue given it was raised so long ago, and is extremely frustrating considering the insights tool has such potential.
STILL waiting for this to be fixed despite being reassured that you are working "flat out" to fix the issue.
Despite numerous messages via securemail.
Despite speaking to your staff on the phone.
Seriously, when will this be fixed?!
Very frustrating that this issue has been outstanding since 2014 and still is not resolved! Would be very useful to be able to use this tool and update transactions in real time instead of having to rely on spreadsheets or other budgeting software to do the same job.
Why is this still being offered if it's been broken for over 12 months!!! So frustrating. Any update on this Ubank???

Same problem here. When I attempt to re-categorise any transaction, your site crashes. I noticed this happening a few months ago, and figured that a few months would be plenty of time for UBank to fix this, but apparently not. I've tried the latest versions of Chrome, IE, and Edge, but always the same result.
For anyone trying hard to work out what their money is being spend on each month, this is a very important tool to get working.
Please fix it up!

I is still broken. I even have to restart the browser and log in again after I try to retarget something.
I have only recently joined UBank but I must say I am extremely surprised to discover this issue was first raised more than 12 months ago. UBank - may we please have an update? This really is unacceptable and I am seriously reconsidering my choice of bank.
Now over 12 months. Glad that new banking platform is working so well. Any update UBank? Or can we know UBanks definition of "shortly"!
It has been almost 12 months you need to fire you IT department or find a new solution
Almost a year later and widgets are still showing error messages and clicking "View all" transactions gives the "Oops - that page can't be found" page. On latest versions of Chrome and Firefox.
