Consider User Experience Design when developing the website and app
I am new to the field of web design but something which we learnt heavily at uni was User Experience Design.
The user journey of navigating the UBank website and app is difficult and a quite frustrating. There are certain features of the website that are not working correctly, and overall the whole experience of using both is very tiresome (and I'm reasonably tech savvy).
Maybe the new branding strategy has dictated the design of the website and app too heavily?
Something to consider with the digital design team?
