to fix your online application process for opening an account
I am trying to open a joint account with my wife. We both have existing accounts with UBank. When filling the application form it asks if you have existing account with UBank and login details which I duly filled. It shows wrong current residential address. When I login to my current UBank account my residential address is correct so where did the application fetch wrong address from ? It shows the address of a place I used to live in 2009. I have moved from that place ages ago.
Also your occupation selection dropdown is the strangest I have seen in my life. Where did you get the occupation list from ? Can't you even sort it alphabetically ?
You seriously need to fix it. I am now really considering should I even open an account with you ?
Invest in real developers UBank ! Don't just outsource to cheapest contractor !
