Create a secure message from within the app
Can you please allow me to send a secure message from within the mobile app.
Indeed, Ubank seems enjoy splitting functions between the app and online banking. Like secured message can only be done online, and managing sweep can only be possible using app. Looking forward to having the same function regardless how I login.

I can't view my account it is saying account hidden and when I need to pay is saying no account to select
Messaging send & receive should be available from the app. Not everyone has access to a laptop or desktop regularly

Please find proof I made my payment in February. I am asking for my bonus interest to be paid to me. See notes on my Ubank file and see attached as requested. I am trying to attach a bank record but it will not let me attach. Please send me email address so I can email document. This is driving me batty.

Do people realize all your posts are visable to all people with accounts and are disclosing private information? Its also possible that NAB/UBank is violating the privacy act here by not moderating this funtionality.

I have closed this account 2 months ago and have so far not been able to contact anyone to check your records! You keep sending me e-mails to say you have been un-sucessful tranferring money in. If someone would like to contact me i would be more than willing to explain the situation again!
