Open new account: Produces error on Chrome and Firefox. ONLY works on IE.
Hello. The average user would not know to try different browsers when faced with the message:

The Access Server has returned a fatal error with no detailed information.
Contact your website administrator to remedy this problem.
In fact, my partner (a brand new customer) tried to "apply now" two days ago and was faced with this error (using firefox) and assumed there was a temp website error so put off the new account application.
Tonight I decided to try for him. I tried using Chrome and got the same error. Then out of curiosity I tried using IE. I don't know if you pull statistics about the browsers your users use but if the majority are on IE I'd be very surprised. You should rethink which browsers you are supporting. I also strongly suggest you don't allow days to pass before rectifying such major business preventing website issues as entire browsers not allowing potential new customers to open accounts.
