Every bank in the world allows intra account transfers as it is my money and I am transferring it to my own account within the same org. Really what security is this adding other than inconvenience.

I agree, you're using your ID to login, why have a secondary security layer simply to transfer between your own accounts. Besides, as @ today the Push notification is still not working. So I can't even xfer between accounts..! Hello? Anyone @ UBank? Are you reading the feedback?

I hate this function! And it's not even sending me a text so I can't even transfer! Argh! Now I have to call.

At least make it available to use a sim/number that is registered outside of Australia. Its no good when you cannot receive a sms when out the country.

This is really unneccessary. Ive never had to confirm with another bank when transferring between my own accounts. Seems a bit redundant
Such a waste of time ! Get rid of it ! You're the only bank that I've been with (I've tried 6 banks) that does it !
Why on earth is there a code to deposit money from one ubank account to another. I guess rhere wouldnt be an issue if the codes were actually sent, what a waste of time!

It's all about protecting your funds, however, I can see the issue (my local tower was out so this made baking problematic). You need data to use the app, could it be as simple as receving them via the App (as long as the app has Touch or Face authority activated?)

This was very frustrating for me when I was overseas and unable to access my Aus phone number and thus couldn't transfer between accounts. Most ridiculous 'security' step.
I have also tried multiple times to transfer money but not receiving a SMS. This needs to be fixed as need access to my money!
Sms feature no longer working even though I have the same mobile number! Ridiculous that I need this to transfer between my own accounts - other banks require just a PIN or face id
