SMS why does the bank need to send SMS notifications for internal transaction - Why cant they just use a pin code on phone or finger print
What's the point of sending an SMS or notification (with a number that gets auto filled anyway) every time we move money? Surely both your UX and security teams understand that a biometric face or fingerprint scan is better and more secure in every way
The confirmation code notification gets a bit annoying every time money needs to be moved. A simple Face ID to confirm the transaction is far simpler and just as secure - if not more so.
Yes. Ubank has moved all my savings into my new account. I cant get a code to move it back. More than annoying. Could it be criminal to do this?
