Allow second person more than a few days to activate account .
My husband missed actioning the initial sms he was sent and though I have requested via internal mail a resolution we are still not set up properly and in limbo. We can't withdraw money nor earn the promised bonus interest. There surely has to be a way for him to still action something to get this sorted.
