I am so very dissatisfied with Ubank. I am constantly phony g for help & waiting for hours before I hang up in frustration. My tspnpay function is not working so wasted time in The supermarket & on phone again waiting for help.
My advice: Dont take out Uvank online account.
Would be great if there were actually people
not person ( singular) on the other end if the of the contact number.
My time is too precious to waste on this banking company any more.
