You should allow direct debits to be set up from USaver. We want to park all our money in the savings account and do not want to leave anything in other accounts. You should encourage youngsters to park money and not have in separate accounts everywhere. I can't even pay my rent from it. I don't want transfer it from one account to another just for the sake of doing it.
I am not talking about making it a transactional account and allowing it to have a debit card but how about allowing people to debit it so that someone can pay day to day expenses automatically or even set up rental payments without having a need to transfer money from one account to another and also lose interest for that day. Wouldn't that make the account truly digital for the customer?
Hi, let's help you out with this. Jut to confimr, the USaver account is our online savings account. To help encourage our customers to save, it doesn't have all the features of a transactional account.
If you'd like to organise direct debits from a UBank account, you may consider looking into our USaver Ultra account. For your convenience, I've included a link below with further information on this.
If you have any further feedback or suggestions surrounding our website or app services, please feel free to share these here. ^Adi
