For an online business dependent on internet traffic the Ubank website the online access to accounts is offline a lot of the time.
I have tried yet again to access my account again today and get the usual message that the site is temporarily offline for maintenance
I have experience in managing online sales systems and anything less than 99% uptime is a disaster. My experience is that Ubank 's uptime on online accounts is significantly less than 99%
Hi David, thanks for letting us know. I assure you there are no updates or maintenance on at the moment. You should be able to login as per normal.
We did recently update our website and it’s URL’s. Your browser/ search engine may be accessing the previous website’s information. This is an easy fix. Simply use private/ incognito browsing to access our website. Alternatively, you may consider clearing your cookies/ cache or using a different browser.
