on your web page it says there is a live chat option at the bottom of the page - but there isn't.
Hi, thank you for the feedback. The Live Chat feature is only available during contact centre hours and the option to chat will appear at the bottom of your screen when there is an advisor available to chat to. If there's isn't an adviser available at the given time, you'll be placed in a queue until they're available to speak to you. ^Adi
