Sms code not working for yhe last week
I have been trying to schedule a payment for tge last week and the sms never arrives.

Hi Arthur, let's help you out with this. Provided you haven't changed your phone number or device recently, you may have Push Notifications set up. This will replace the SMS Security Code with a unique notification to the registered device.
You can review and update this via the UBank app. Simply login and select More > Push Notifications. you can then switch this off > Save the setting > then switch it back on. The Security Codes will then continue to be sent as a Notification. Alternatively, if you switch this off the codes will then be sent via SMS.
Please ensure you also have the most recent version of the UBank app. ^Adi
