New homeloan progress via app
New customers should be able to track their homeloan progress via the app.
Would also allow document uploads and information validation via the app instead of via email which can be lost to junkmail.
Keeping a section in the app for "new applications" with a progress bar and personal application liaison officer would go a long way in the onboarding process.
As a new customer to Ubank i have so far not been overly impressed with the onboarding process.
