Add an EMAIL link for everyone to avoid sitting in a phone queue at an inconvenient time.
At the moment only existing customers can email UBank. If FAQs don't address a potential customer's queries, it would be helpful if they could email their questions at a time to suit them. This would also help existing customers who wish to enquire about UBank products they don't currently have (eg a customer with a saving account who wants to look at home loan products).
Hello Mary, thanks for your suggestion, I would like to confirm our website content and FAQ’s have been designed to address as many general inquiries as we possibly can. Anyone who is not a customer is also able to create a members profile and this will allow them to send us a Secure Mail request asking any additional questions they may have. This allows us to ensure all customers are responded to within 24-48 hours and allows us to be as specific as we possibly can be. ^WP
