  2. Need a reminder on phone app for when term deposits are rolling over

    Need to receive from the app or by email a reminder 7 days out the term deposit is about to rollover. Only get by snail mail at present & it is often too late

    Check out Westpac's Proof of Balance Report which is dated and printable... necessary when making submission to, for example, Centrelink. You should consider implementing similar.

    Received My New card and pin together in the mail on the same day!.

  6. Poor Home Loan Service

    I am currently refinancing my home loan and being assigned to a consultant named, Todd. I am founding it very frustrating and difficult to just simply get my loan application to progress. I started my application in January 2020 and to this date (25/03/2020) I haven't even settled. He is so SLOW and unprofessional in processing my application. He is late in responding and always asking information little by little ! He took almost 3 months to process my application and he told me in the middle of March that if I don't provide my document, then all my documents…

  7. Reduce break fees or rates for fixed loans

    Hi,

    Banks are assisting their customers in many ways during these unprecedented times. One way that assistance could be provided is by allowing for rates reductions for fixed loans.

    Whilst there is a risk in undertaking a fixed loan that the customer should ware, the amount by which rates, particularly for investment loans have dropped over the past 12 months is unprecedented.

    All the rules around early repayments could be maintained, to ensure ongoing business, however the rate could be reviewed so the economic benefits the RBA are seeking to be achieved can also leverage the cohort with fixed loans.

  8. Ubank doesnt show my account when i need to select my account to transfer money out of ubank

    My ubank app does not show my ubank account in the transfer section when I'm trying to transfer money out of ubank,, weather it be a money transfer or Bpay selection.

    Make it easier to update personal information like email addresses etc. At the moment it seems the only way to do it is to call Ubank, but everytime that I try calling it takes so long to get through to an operator that I give up.

  10. Make biometrics OPTIONAL

    Although my phone is fingerprint capable, I am unable to use it due to lack of definition of my fingerprints. Could there be an option to choose not to be continually reminded?

  14. Multiple home loans

    As a potential customer I find it difficult to get in touch with someone at UBank as I am looking for multiple loans (home occupier and investments). Everything in your page and even on the voice system points to individuals with only one loan.

    I am typing this feedback as I am on hold waiting to talk to someone; perhaps I will give up soon.

    I didn't got to talk to anyone after all. I will continue my search...…….

  16. Increase security by making new card activation mandatory

    i have opened a new Ultra Saver account and my card went to the wrong address. the card came activated and random people used my card right away and took 2 grand out in 3 mins.. in order to cut your fraud cost, i recommend you make card activation mandatory.

  18. Verify frollo

    I can't verify my UBank account on the app Frollo. It states UBank wants me to verify my bank details but when I get sent to a UBank link and enter my password it states my password has expired when it hasn't. If this could be fixed I'd be very appreciative.
