    UBank sort your app out, 2nd issue in a matter of 4 weeks.
    Can't make a $2100 transfer because the app thinks its way more than the intended amount.
    ****** off when I actually need the money, wouldn't get it for 4 days anyway because your online banking isnt set up to work on weekends, what a joke!

  2. Reduce Usaver Ultra $1000 Minimum Balance

    There have been suggestions since way back in 2013 to reduce the $1000 minimum balance condition of the Usaver Ultra account. This requirement isn't advertised anywhere and it came as a complete surprise to me. I opened the Usaver account exclusively as a savings account, but for the bonus interest we must have 2 accounts. The transaction account pays no interest so why (a) must I have a transaction account at all (I have transaction accounts elsewhere) & (b) with such a high minimum balance? I am disillusioned with the product & will likely close the accounts unless UBank makes…

  3. Why is a transfer taking so long to clear

    Why do transfers from another bank take so long to clear? It should be 24 hours max but mine are taking 72 hours at least! How can it get there but not clear for so long? I've only just opened my accounts but I think I'll be shutting them, if other banks only take 24 hours why can't ubank?

  4. Print your TD notifications on one page instead of two use both sides of paper ??

    Send less paper. You send me two pages to tell me about my TD maturing. You could use both sides of the paper as the second page only has ceo sig on and no relevant info. Cheers

  5. Make account verification easier.

    Why is it so difficult to verify my account? I can't seem to find the magical "Notifications" anywhere.
    I gave my medicare and license details when initially setting up my account but it would not accept them, I proceeded with the verify later option which I am now finding to be just as painful!

  7. Call Answer Times are exceeding 20 mins - Need to be shorter. Unable to deposit funds in ubank. Gave up and elsewhere.

    Seeing the queue of feedback I see evidence of poor customer Call handling and this seems to have nothing to do with a higher than anticipated call volume. It seems that call handling is standard and running at an atrocious wait time of 20 to 30 mins. The website has not been updated. Attempts to look up and get assistance with Power of Attorney issues is flawed. the 1300 822 651 number informs me that the inbox is full and hangs up in my ear. So whose job is it to see this mail box is properly attendedto and cleared…

  8. How do I remove the 'sweep' function on my account.?

    We are using the accounts as savings only and don't need money in our ultra account. We would rather have it earning interest. Can I lower the sweep to $20 if the function can't be removed?

  9. Escaping surcharges with a Ubank Eftpos card in Aldi.

    You cannot escape surcharges for any Debit Visa or Debit Mastercard holders making a purchase in any Aldi outlet in Australia.

    Apart from using cash to avoid surcharges, any person with an Eftpos card can avoid all surcharges providing they do not use the payWave facility at any Aldi retail point of sale.

    The method is straightforward.

    You must place the eftpos card chip-first into the reader, choose Savings or Cheque, and use your PIN Number to authorise the transaction.

    When an Eftpos cardholder uses their Eftpos card this way in any Aldi outlet, they will not suffer a transaction…

  10. Display any upcoming changes to interest rates on the USaver account

    You always display any upcoming changes to interest rates on home loans, but not to the USaver account. It just suddenly happens! Please consider being transparent about the changes on this account too.

    I find your ad with the little girl that bleeps out her swearing is a disgusting ad. I shows kids it is alright the swear and shows that the mother lets her get away with swearing. After seeing that ad I wouldn’t even think a out Ubank as my bank.

    I am attempting to close down my two UBank accounts and you’re advising to login and use Secure Mail.

    My reasoning for the closure is we do not have a need for these accounts anymore.

  14. Funds transfer not working

    I am unable to transfer my money to another savings a/c with Nab and Cba. Unable to do so and narrative states encountered an error. Not sure what the issue is. Extremely frustrated

  17. After no receiving the first pin in the mail, ridiculous you can

    If you haven’t received a pin in the mail and call up for a new one, it’s pretty ridiculous you have to wait another 5 days for a pin especially when you have to access your money right away. You do all the security checks, I would expect another way to get a pin activated on my card. Technology and security is there.

So a minimum 8days without being able to access my own money due to public holiday. Needs to be another way to do it.
