  2. It wasn't a good idea to CUT the interest rate.

    I made a special effort to open a savings account and BINGO, the rates are DROPPED!!! Not a happy pensioner.

  8. Home Loan call

    Applied for loan and got a appointment call was supposed to be 12. but called at 12.13 unfortunately missed the call voicemail was left saying will call back in 5-10 mins waited for more than 30 mins no sign of call yet. Please stop wasting customers time. either send a SMS before call and if call was missed schedule another time using SMS. DONT WASTE customers time by making them wait.

  11. Filing a dispute form

    Don't know who from the company will see this and it's not really an idea, but I've just got off the phone with Jobeth who was helping me dispute some charges to my stolen card. She was extremely helpful, friendly and professional and made me feel like something was really being done to help me. I'm super impressed with how quickly the UBank team got onto this case and all the things they're doing to get my money back. Awesome work, Jobeth!

  12. Being able to send email enquiries

    The FAQ/online contact information suggests selecting 'secure mail' once logged into internet banking though there isn't such an option available. This information needs to be updated, same with the FAQ sheet regarding deleting an externally linked account/ deleting a linked contact, this information isn't viable, there's not a management tab to select from anymore.

  13. Pay others

    I paid my M/C bill yesterday. The payment is acknowlwdged on my M/C statement but but my Usave ultra statement. Usave actually seeped the funds to my other account overnight so that there's insufficient funds for the transaction.

    No wonder Ubank make it difficult to give feedback. They don't want it, so they hide it! I've just been scrolling through some of the many problems that customers are having. Most are the same as the complaints that I am having. A majority of the great ideas get 1 or 2 votes, because customers can't navigate to this forum. Ubank keeps them hidden so that prospective new customers will not be disillusioned. I have been with Ubank for over 10 years. I did not know that this forum existed. Back in the beginning, Ubank was great to deal with…

    I am really shocked with the service from UBank. I received an email from a Home Loan Specialist who said could call me to discuss my application next day, but nothing happened in the next a few days. The person has already forgot what she said in her email.

    After reading the feedback from previous posted message, It is better to keep it away.
