  5. have a transaction account product that requires no mininum balance and no monthly deposit requirement !!

    i think this will be great for customers since most banks require monthly deposit and minimum balance requirement jus to open a transaction account but NAB doesnt ..that is y it is Australia's no. 1 choice for banking!! i thought UBAnk was part of NAB so why not follow NAB's lead when it comes to transaction accounts ha? I

  6. Update your website so that it displays all features properly in Chrome.

    I have accounts with 5 different banks and uBank is the only one that has serious display issues with Chrome.
    Given the % of people that use Chrome as their browser - don't you think it time to correct this?

  7. Hire more IT staff.

    I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that 50% of the time I try to use your online mortgage tool, the site is down. Given that your offering is really a mostly internet-based offering, this seems rather absurd.

  11. Eliminate the deposit requirement of $200/mo on Ubank Ultra/Saver accounts

    See the thing that it should come from your external account is that ubank is giving other banks the edge to charge their customers a fee to discourage them to bank with Ubank . I suggest that instead of $200/mo. Ubank should require customers to maintain a minimum balance on their ubank ultra to get the bonus rate on their ultra saver account....in that way..customers will be likely to transfer funds from their other banks to Ubank without incurring any fees. Other banks charges direct debit fees to transfer money to Ubank but they dont charge a fee for bank…

  12. also up the rates on ALL savings accounts also by 0.2%pa from 21 April as the Big Four were found to be lying in yesterday's Daily Telegraph

    Honesty is not a requirement for the Big Four-is this a reflection of the current Liberal Party? Will we get promoted for lying too as those in the Senior Executive of Government Departments are???? Rates have come down independent of the RBA but will they go up as well, otherwise the ENTIRE creedibility of the banking system is put at risk. I guess the reflects of people having to do more with less. Too bad when the results in WA are reflected on the Central Coast next week. Still, I guess that won't happen until the PM also reduces his…

  14. Get my address right

    It's 2 years since I changed my address, and almost 2 years since you started sending statements to the new address. So why did you just send a new credit card to my old address? Is there a new PIN, and if so, where did it go? The old address is nowhere in the account information I can access online.
    So, I suggest you get your card issuing systems synchronized with the information your customers can change.

  15. Include amount of interest earned on maturing T/D*s in letters re-renewals

    You send out letters re maturing term deposits with all the details apart from how much interest the deposit has earned. Depositors would be interested, also would know the value of the fresh deposit should it be rolled over with interest. This has been suggested previously but no response.

  17. Send replacement cards out more quickly. 3-5 business days plus another two for the PIN! Not happy.

    My new card did not arrive at my registered mailing address. When I called to enquire I was told it was be over a week before I would receive a replacement VISA debit card. I need this card, but clearly Ubank is not to be relied upon in an emergency. Customer service at Ubank, just terrible :(

  18. Fix SMSF saver application form corporate trustee ACN field

    I tried entering my corporate trustee's ACN but it could not validate it as a valid ACN. I checked on my Certificate of Registration and entered it correctly again and it keeps failing.

    Therefore, I cannot proceed with the online application.

  19. Consider User Experience Design when developing the website and app

    Hi!

    I am new to the field of web design but something which we learnt heavily at uni was User Experience Design.

    The user journey of navigating the UBank website and app is difficult and a quite frustrating. There are certain features of the website that are not working correctly, and overall the whole experience of using both is very tiresome (and I'm reasonably tech savvy).

    Maybe the new branding strategy has dictated the design of the website and app too heavily?

    Something to consider with the digital design team?

  20. fix this system error

    The first time I try to connect to Ubank I get this error. But if I try again straight away I can connect ok. This started about a month or so ago. Only happens every first time. 2nd attempt is ok
