Why-oh-why isn't a chat option available through the Ubank app?
My Telco has an app. When I need customer service help, I log into the app and message customer service. If they're available, they attend to me immediately. If not, then I leave a message for them and they eventually reply.
Now I know what the people at Ubank are thinking... there is a chat function available. Ugh, this function can only be accessed via a desktop computer.
Just for the record Ubank, I can't remember the last time I used a desktop to access your website. True story.
So, Ubank, spend a little more money on your app and improve it so that it has a more contemporary feel. It is almost 2021 afteralll.
