    Thanks for taking the time to make this suggestion. Just to clarify, are you referring to a discount on a UHomeLoan rate? Or do you mean the Bonuses associated with a USaver Ultra or Term Deposit product?

    Hi Virang,

    Sounds as though there's a display issue in the application form where an archived address was called up, sorry about that. To raise this with our Technical Team, please contact us via Chat, Secure Mail or call us on 13 30 80.

    For looking up your occupation in the application form, we get all of the info straight from ASIC. We know that making your selection needs to be more user friendly, so our Developers are working on a better solution right now, thanks for your patience in the meantime.

    Hi there. This is a known compatibility issue with Google Chrome that our development Team are currently looking into. To work around the error whilst we fix it, please navigate to your Overview page, hold 'ctrl' & '-' or 'command' & '-' until your browser view is at 100% or less, this will reduce your font sizes and allow the 'from' accounts to display. Thanks for your patience! ^EH

    Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to make this suggestion. For now, UBank's systems do not support offering a UHomeLoan with more than two applicants, but this is planned for a future upgrade. I'm sorry to hear we weren't able to accept your valuable business for now, but hopefully in the future we will have the facilities for you to refinance with us. ^EH

    Hi. Thanks so much for taking the time to send us your suggestion. We currently provide options online so that you can receive alerts for any transaction on your account. For safety, however, we don't provide full details such as accounts from and to. We are currently developing quick balance and recent transactions options for the apps on your phone (without requiring login), so this may be helpful in future. ^EH
