    We appreciate your feedback . At this stage you can only link one USaver Ultra to one USaver account. You can also hold a maximum of one single USaver Ultra and one joint USaver Ultra.

    You'll be glad to hear that we’re passing on the full 0.25% p.a. RBA rate cut to all new and existing variable rate home loan customers.

    This will be effective from June 28th 2019. All existing customers will be contacted directly in the next fortnight.

    Hi Sharon,

    Happy to help with this query. To qualify for the Ultra Bonus interest there are three things you must do:
    - Hold both a USaver and a USaver Ultra account.
    - Deposit at least $200 during the month into your USaver Ultra or its linked USaver Savings account from a non-UBank account (for example your salary).
    - Maintain a total balance of not more than $200,000 including USaver and USaver Ultra, inclusive of all joint accounts.

    Provided you meet the criteria in the current month, you'll start earning the bonus interest on your linked USaver savings account from the 1st of the following month.

    Thank you for the feedback.

    Whilst you are able to adjust the Sweep amounts, I’m afraid this feature is part of the USaver Ultra account and can’t be switched off or disabled. I’ve since raised your feedback with the team for review.

    You can permanently turn off the Sweeps but this would involve closing the USaver Ultra account. If you wish to proceed with this, you’ll just need to give us a call on 13 30 80. Please note, by closing the USaver Ultra, you’ll no longer be eligible for the Ultra Bonus Rate.

    Just to confirm, the accounts are displayed in the Overview page in alphanumeric order of the Account Nickname. It will display them in order of numbers first then letters. I’ve also raised your feedback to the team for review.

    We’re always looking at ways we can enhance our customers experience and appreciate the suggestion. The Sweep feature is part of the USaver Ultra account and I’m afraid this can’t be switched off or disabled. I’ve since raised your feedback with the team for review.

    You are able to stop the Sweeps permanently but this would involve closing the USaver Ultra account. You can give us a call on 13 30 80 and we can organise this for you. Please note, by closing the USaver Ultra, you’ll also no longer be eligible for the Ultra Bonus Rate.

    Let's help you out with this.

    As long as you haven't changed your phone or devices recently, you should be receiving the SMS Security Code. Please try the following troubleshooting methods to assist with this;
    - Switch your phone on and off. This will restart your network.
    - Send yourself a text. This will help diagnose your connection.
    - Check Push Notifications (Apple devices). Check you don't have Push Notifications set up on another Apple device i.e iPad, iPhone. If you have, simply deactivate this and the Security Codes will continue to be sent as an SMS.

    Let's help you out with this.

    It may interest you to know that you're able to place a limit for transfers to any third party, payee or BPay Biller. You can find this via Admin > Login and Security. You'll just need your mobile phone on hand to receive and enter in the Security Code.
