Hi Robyn, happy to assist you with this one! In this section, you need to make sure you select 'Not in Workforce', and then you will be able to type in 'Retired'. This will generate a drop-down menu where you can select the 'Retired' occupation code. ^Daniel

Hi Ben, thank you for the feedback. We don't have the function to disable the sweep feature, however, you can change your sweep limits to suit your needs. Simply login and follow: Managing > Accounts > select Ultra account from drop down > Manage Sweeps. Once you have arrived at this page, you will be able to change your sweep limits. Keep in mind that the minimum amount you can put for your MIN limit (amount you’ll have in your Ultra at the beginning of every day) is $100.^Daniel

Hi Adam, currently we don't have any ATM's but you can use all NAB ATM's absolutely free of charge. You can see where these are located on their website. ^Daniel

Hi Denise, you can definitely edit your payee details. All you'll need to do is login to your Internet banking on the desktop website (www.ubank.com.au/login) and follow: Managing > Payees. Once you're on this page, you will be able to select the edit button ('grey pencil') to change your payee details. ^Daniel

Hi Jason, we are definitely considering this. We are excited to bring Pay ID on board where transfers are almost instantaneous, but we don't have an exact time frame as to when it will be available. Once we do know, we will let our customers know via our website and social media channels, so be sure to keep an eye out for it! ^Daniel

Hi Nicholas, thanks for the feedback. We do have different channels that you can get in touch with us on so we'll be able to give you a call instead. You can get in touch with us over live chat (by selecting the green 'Chat Now' button on our website), by sending us a secure mail (our internal messaging system on your desktop Internet banking site), or by sending us a private/direct message via our social media (Twitter and Facebook). Keep in mind that for our secure mail channel, we will reply in 24-48 hours. ^Daniel

Hi Nicholas, the safety and security of your accounts and details is of utmost importance to us. We do need to go through security steps to ensure we are speaking to the right person and make any adjustments on your profile/accounts. I do apologise for the long wait times. There has been a large influx of calls due to our attractive interest rates, but we do have a couple of other ways you can get in touch other than our phone line. You can get in touch with us via live chat (by selecting the green 'Chat Now' button on our website), and secure mail (our internal messaging system on your desktop Internet banking site). ^Daniel

Hi Bonita, thanks for the feedback! At UBank, we believe in customers borrowing less and living more, so in the foreseeable future, we won't have any credit card products but you can definitely take a look at our parent company, NAB. ^Daniel

Hi Melissa, thanks for getting in touch. Our accounts are designed for applicants above the age of 18. We don't have any accounts available for teenagers below 18 years old because they will require a parental signatory for that account, and we do not cater for signatories. Thank you for your interest in our accounts, but we won't be able to take on the application for now but we'd love to consider it in the future! ^Daniel

Hi Paul, thank you for providing this feedback! We understand where you're coming from. The sweep is a feature on the Ultra account and its linked USaver to ensure that you've got a certain amount available at the beginning of every day to use. This takes away the constant need to transfer to and from your USaver and Ultra account. We don't have the option to disable or switch off the sweep feature, but you can change the sweep limits to suit your needs, with $100 being the minimum amount. ^Daniel

Hi Caitlin, I definitely understand where you're coming from. Currently we don't have a calculator that does do this, however you may find a calculator on the Internet (for example, Money Smart) that does the calculation for you. ^Daniel

Hi Jasvir, you definitely can view your transactions via your Internet Banking. If you have logged in on a desktop, simply follow: Statements > Transaction History. If you do want more details of a transfer that you have made, follow: Managing > Payments. You will be able to see the account details you transferred the funds to. ^Daniel

Hi Qi, thanks for getting in touch! We do have the BPay function available, however, you do need to hold our USaver Ultra transactions account in order to make BPay transfers. Keep in mind that our USaver savings account does not have this feature but can transfer via BSB and account number. ^Daniel

    Hi Cgtuechert,

    Appreciate the suggestion.

It may interest you to know that you can request an ad-hoc statement at anytime online. You can complete this via Statements > Account Statements > Request Statement. We'll then upload a copy of this within 24-48 hours.

I trust this helps. All the best,
    Adi

    Hi Kevin,

    Appreciate the suggestion.

By simply having a USaver account, you'll earn the interest rate of 1.81%.p.a. (this is the current standard variable rate). There are no deposit, spending or balance requirements to obtain this rate.

There are only requirements if you wish to earn additional interest through the Ultra Bonus Rate.

I trust this helps. All the best,
    Adi
