    Hi Tyler, thank you for sharing your suggestions. Let’s help you out with these;
    - Sweeps: With the Sweeps, you’re able to change their amounts via the full website. Simply go to Managing > Accounts > Select your USaver Ultra > Manage Sweeps. It’s a great feature and whilst you are able to change the amounts, I’m afraid you can’t disable them.
    - Notifications/ Alerts: You can view and manage these on the full website by selecting Talk to us > Alerts. From here you can specify the amounts and the types of alerts you’d like to receive.
    - PayID: We’re looking at having the new payment platform introduced very soon. Please keep a look out on our website and social media for further updates.
    - Statements: You can view and request this online. Simply go to Managing > Statements > Account Statements. From here you can also view any Term Deposit correspondence by selecting Letters.
    - In-App Card Management: This is a great suggestion! I’ve now forward this through to our team.

    At this stage, you can only delete/ modify your Payees, Linked Accounts and BPay Billers through the main website.

    Hi Dominic, while we can't replace our Security Code system entirely, we do have alternate security measures in place.

    You'll be glad to hear that we've recently introduced Push Notifications. This will replace the SMS Security Code with a unique Notification to the registered device. These can be received through Wifi.

    You can activate this via the UBank app on both iOS and Android devices. ^Adi

    Hi Dakota, let's help you out with this. Just to confirm, you are able to update your Sweep amount via Managing > Accounts > Select your USaver Ultra > Manage Sweeps.

    I assure you that this feature is not mandatory. You can opt out of this by closing your USaver Ultra. You'll just need to give us a call on 13 30 80 and we can organise this for you.

    Please be mindful that by closing your USaver Ultra account, you'll no longer be eligible for the Ultra Bonus Rate. ^Adi

    If you've completed this recently, I may suggest checking your spam/ junk folder. These emails have a tendency to end up there because they're generic. ^Adi

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us on this important topic. As part of the NAB Group, there’s a lot of different initiatives we’re part of. I know you only asked about fossil fuels, but I thought I’d give you as much information as possible to help.

    For many years NAB has acknowledged that climate change is a major challenge for our economy and society, and we support the transition to a low carbon economy, consistent with the international Paris Agreement to limit global warming to less than 2 degrees Celsius, striving for no more than 1.5 degrees Celsius, above pre-industrial levels.

    In support of this, we recently announced a range of actions to help meet the goals of the Paris Agreement while supporting security of energy supply in Australia and New Zealand and working with customers, related suppliers and their employees and communities in which they operate.  

    We will seek to manage our portfolio aligned with the Paris Agreement. We will review targets each year against the latest global climate scenarios and relevant technology developments. 

    NAB’s changes include –

    • increasing our environmental financing commitment from $55bn to $70bn by 2025. This is a $15bn increase in finance for green infrastructure, capital markets and asset finance. NAB is Australia’s largest arranger of renewable energy finance and 69% of its energy financing in FY19 was for renewables
    • increasing our internal renewable energy objective from 50% to 100% by 2025 and becoming a member of RE100, bringing together businesses committed to using only renewable electricity
    • supporting current coal-fired power generation customers implementing transition pathways aligned with Paris Agreement goals of 45% reduction in emissions by 2030 and net zero emissions by 2050. We will not finance new or material expansions of coal-fired power generation facilities unless there is technology in place to materially reduce emissions
    • capping thermal coal mining exposures at current levels and reducing thermal coal mining financing by 50% by 2028 and intended to be effectively zero by 2035, apart from residual performance guarantees to rehabilitate existing coal assets. We will not take on new-to-bank thermal coal mining customers.

    In addition, we have supported more than 130 renewable energy projects and have previously been recognised as a 'Green Bond Pioneer' and 'Australian Sustainability Debt House of the Year'.

    Additionally, NAB is an inaugural signatory and was part of the core group of 30 founding global banks that worked to develop the UN Environment Program Finance Initiative's (UNEPFI) Principles for Responsible Banking, which were launched in September 2019. These six principles provide the banking industry with a single framework to embed sustainability at the strategic, portfolio and transactional levels and across all business areas. An outline of the six principles can be found here. We are also the only Australian bank to have signed UNEPFI’s Collective Commitment to Climate Action which commits us, within three years of signing up, to set and publish sector-specific, scenario-based targets for portfolio alignment.

    Please give us a call on 13 30 80 to organise this for you. Please note, by closing the USaver Ultra you'll no longer be eligible for the Ultra Bonus Rate on your USaver account.

    Alternatively, you can change your Sweep amounts via the full website by selecting Managing > Accounts > Select your USaver Ultra account > Manage Sweeps. All the best. ^Adi

    Hi Annelise, we appreciate your patience with this. Funds transfer will generally take 1-2 business days to be received.

    Rest assured if you can see the funds have left your UBank account, the funds will now just need to be processed by the receiving bank. ^Adi

    Hi Christine and Daisy, let's help you out with this. Provided you haven't changed your phone number or device, you may have Push Notifications set up. This will replace the SMS Security Code with a unique notification to the registered device.

    You can review this by logging into the UBank app then selecting More > Push Notifications. Please toggle this setting and you should then continue to receive the Security Codes. ^Adi
