      I’ve raised your feedback and have my team looking into this. Can you advise if the image selected was part of the default images or your personal? ^Suman

          We appreciate your patience.

          You can send us a Secure Mail with a request to be contacted and an Advisor will definitely give you a call back. Please note however the general turn around time for this is 24-48 hours.

                Hi there! Thanks a lot for your feedback. I have raised it with our team for reviews. For the time being, when you request statements, you can request for yearly ones on your internet banking. To make it easier for your accountant, you may look into submitting an audit request if you like. The form is easily accessible on our website under Support -> FAQs -> All Forms. ^Catherine
