    Hi Anna, thank you for the suggestion. We can see how this can help and make life a little easier, but I'm afraid due to privacy and security, banks aren't able to share their customers details this way.

    Hi Patricia, thank you for letting us know. I’ve spoken with the team and can confirm there are no present outages or maintenance scheduled. You should be able to access the account as per normal.

    We did update our website and it’s URL’s. Your browser/ search engine may be accessing the previous website’s information. This is an easy fix. Simply use private/ incognito browsing to access our website. Alternatively, you may consider clearing your cookies/ cache or using a different browser. You can use the following link when visiting our site, www.ubank.com.au/ib?desktop

    You may also consider our free UBank app. This is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can find the free down load in the App Store and Google Play Store.

    Hi Ranjan,

    This is certainly something we are looking to have implemented soon. Our team have been working very hard to have the NPP system implemented for outgoing faster payments.

    Once this is in place then as long as the external bank also uses this system the payment transfer will be instantly.

    Hi Jillian,

    I can't see your account on here to check this for you, however, there may have been delays due to new year period. The transfers should still normally arrive within 1-2 business days.

    I am unable to view your home loan balances on here, however, it can sometimes take up to 5 business days for the balance to fully update and reflect recent payments.

    Hi, let's help you out with this. Funds transfers should generally take 1-2 business days to arrive. With this in mind, the long weekend may have delayed this as well.

    In this case we may suggest contacting the outgoing bank to confirm the transfer details and status on their end. All the best. ^Adi
