    Hi, at this stage all funds transfers out of a UBank account will take 1-2 business days to be received.

    It may interest you to know that we are working on Fast Payments for outward transfers. You can find out more about this in the link below. ^Adi

    Hi, great question. We included a cap to be able to award our competitive Bonus Rate to all our customers. We could increase the cap but this could potentially mean lowering the Bonus. I trust this helps. All the best. ^Adi

    Hi, happy to help with this. If you're using the UBank app, simply click on your USave account and you should see the Interest and Progress option. This will give you the details of your account.

    If you've logged into the website, you'll just need to go to Admin > Account Details. This will give you a real time snapshot of your account. All the best. ^Adi

    Hi Becky, I wish we could help but we're UBank Australia. We're not related or associated with UBank Lufkin or UBank Huntington. These appear to be American banks.

    Hello Fiona, let’s help you out with this. You can cancel this via the full website (www.ubank.com.au/ib?desktop). Simply login and select Managing > Payments. From here, please select the account you organised the Automatic Savings Plan (ASP) from the drop down menu. The ASP should be right at the top, you can then click on View > Delete Payment.

    Please note, if this doesn’t appear in this list then the instructions will have already been deleted. All the best. ^Adi

    Hi Cassidy, let's help you out with this. You can obtain review this receipt by logging into the full website (www.ubank.com.au/ib?desktop). From here please select Managing > Payments > Select your account from the drop down. This will reveal a list of your completed, rejected and scheduled transfers. You can then select view to full the details or print of the receipt. ^Adi
