    Hi Aj, let's help you out with this. I can confirm that you can switch off your Sweeps through the UBank app. Simply login and select More > Sweeps. From here you can update or switch off your Overnight Sweeps. ^Adi

    Hi, happy to help with this. Funds transfers into a UHomeLoan will generally take 2-3 business days as the redraw and interest needs to be recalculated.

    This will however appear in your UHomeLoan within the 2-3 business days. You can view this within the statement online. ^Adi

    Hi Derryn, happy to help with this. You can view your current interest rate on your accounts on the full website (www.ubank.com.au/ib?desktop) by going to Admin > Account Details. This will give you a real time snapshot of your account.

    In the app, simply click on the account and then Interest & Progress. This will display your current interest rates as well.

    Hi Adam, let’s help you out with this. Some website will require an additional level of security, this is why a Security Code would be sent. Please ensure you’re opting to have this sent via Push Notification and not SMS.

    Could you please retry making your online purchase and then open the UBank app. If a Push Notification has been sent, this should appear after you’ve selected the bell icon.

    Hi Megan, I can confirm we did recently send out an email to our UHomeLoan customers. These were sent out in batches throughout the day. It appears your email was sent out with a later batch. If you have any further questions or queries, please let us know.

    Hi Robert, let's help you out with this. Provided you haven't changed your phone number or device recently, you may have Push Notifications set up. This will replace the SMS Security Code with a unique notification to the registered device.

    You can review and update this via the UBank app. Simply login and select More > Push Notifications. you can then switch this off > Save the setting > then switch it back on. The Security Codes will then continue to be sent as a Notification. Alternatively, if you switch this off the codes will then be sent via SMS.

    Please ensure you also have the most recent version of the UBank app. ^Adi
