    You can update your Account Nicknames on line via Admin > Account Details. This should help with identifying between your accounts.

    To order an ad hoc statement with specific dates, click on Request Statement on under the Account section of the Account Statement page. The system will upload this statement within 24-48 hours in a PDF format. This will include your full account details.

    Whilst our UBank app is able to pre-populate the Security Code area within the app, we don’t encourage the use of third party systems or programs to enter in these codes. Per our Terms & Conditions this is to ensure we can keep your personal and account information safe. I’ve now lodged this with the team for review.

    Just to clarify, with our Self-Managed Super Fund USaver it is an online savings account where funds can only be transferred out via BSB and account number. It doesn’t operate like a transactional account where BPay is available. I’ve now lodged this with the team for review.

    Hi Don,

    Appreciate your patience with this.

    The Security Codes are generally sent out once a request has been put through. You’ll need to ensure you have reception on your phone to receive these.

    It may also interest you to know that we’ve recently introduced Push Notifications for Apple devices (iPad, iPhone). These will replace the SMS Codes with a unique alert to your registered device. You can find out more about this in the link below.

    There may be a slight lag but you shouldn’t have to log out and log back in. If you simply navigate away from the transaction confirmation page through to the Overview page, this should then refresh the Transaction History. I’ve also lodged this with the team for review.

    Hi Pamela,

    Thanks for the feedback. If you could try to clear your personal data from your mobile app by selecting more>security settings>clear personal details and try logging in and out again. You could also try to reinstall the mobile app this should hopefully remove the old user login. ^Ferri

    Thanks for the feedback I'll send this to our mobile apps team. If you could try removing the current goal and setting a new one up or clearing your personal data from the mobile app ( more>security settings>clear personal details ) then creating the savings goal again. Let me know how you go with this. ^Ferri

    Hey,

    Great news you're able to see all this information yourself from your Internet banking. Just go to Managing > Payments for any future dated transfer or Managing > Direct Debits for your direct debits. Although you will still have to contact a merchant for a direct debit set up with your VISA Debit card.

    Hi John,

    Thank you for sending this through. You’ll be glad to hear that all transfer requests of any amount to third parties, payee accounts or via BPay will require a second factor of authentication (Security Code).

    The only transfers that can go through without a Security Code are transfers up to $5,000 per business day to a Linked Account in your name. This Linked Account must also be verified for a minimum of 10 days.

    You can also set up alerts for any deposits or withdrawals out of your account. You can organise this via Admin > Account Options in your internet banking.
