    Happy to help with this.

    You'll be glad to hear that you can make withdrawals at any time of the month. There are no restrictions on when you're able to organise this from any of our USaver accounts.

    Please be mindful with our Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) USaver accounts, if you do make a withdrawal this will forfeit the bonus rate for that calendar month.

    You’ll be glad to hear that if you have an Apple device (iPhone, iPad), you can activate Push Notifications. This replaces the SMS Security Code with a unique notification to the registered device. You can find out more about this in the link below.

    Hi Lynden,

    Let's help you out with this.
    Just to confirm, the Push Notifications will replace the SMS Security Code. These notifications will only be sent to the registered device, in this case the iPad.

    This is an simple fix, you'll just need to de-register Push Notifications on your iPad. You can do this by logging in and selecting More > Push Notifications.

    Once disabled, the Security Code's will be sent as an SMS to your Android device.

    Hi Julie,

    You'll be glad to hear that you can definitely use BPay from an external bank to deposit funds into your UBank accounts.

    For Savings and Term Deposit accounts our biller code is 768374 and your customer reference number is your account number (without the BSB 082991).

    For UHomeLoan accounts our biller code is 11544 and your unique customer reference number is listed on your MyUHomeLoan internet banking.

    Keep in mind it can take 3-5 business days for BPAY deposits to clear. Your interest accrued will be affected from the date we receive your funds.

    Let's help you out with this.

    Just to confirm, funds can only be deposited or withdrawn online. I'm afraid we don't have a cheque depositing or issuing service.

    In this instance, you may need to deposit the cheque into an account which accepts this facility. Once the cheque has cleared, you can then transfer them across to UBank electronically.

    Hi Lynden,

    You'll be glad to hear that this feature is available on both the Apple and Android UBank apps.

    You can organise for transfers to come out Now, Later or Regular. With the Regular option you're able to set up recurring transfers out of your account with a frequency of your choice.

    Presently we're able to receive international transfers into any of our UBank deposit accounts. Please see the link below on how you can complete these with our Swift Code.

    I'm afraid we don't have the facility to complete transfers to an overseas bank.
