    Hi Samuel, let's help you out with this. Provided you haven't changed your phone number or device recently, you may have Push Notifications set up. This will replace the SMS Security Code with a unique notification to the registered device.

    You can review and update this via the UBank app. Simply login and select More > Push Notifications. you can then switch this off > Save the setting > then switch it back on. The Security Codes will then continue to be sent as a Notification. Alternatively, if you switch this off the codes will then be sent via SMS.

    Please ensure you also have the most recent version of the UBank app. ^Adi

    Hi Meenal, we're sorry, we've unfortunately had to remove this feature from Internet Banking.

    But don't worry, our awesome app makes it even simpler to save, transfer, track and manage all of your money from the palm of your hand. We are constantly updating and improving our app to include new budgeting features and more insights into your spending habits.

    The iOS app also has Free2Spend - our super smart, real-time budgeting and savings goal feature. This feature will be available on Android really soon!

    Hi, could you try these troubleshooting steps;
    - Go to your app settings and navigate to UBank
    You can do this on some devices by long pressing the UBank icon
    - Navigate to Storage and clear data and cache
    Once this has been completed, please retry setting up the fingerprint login. ^Adi

    Hi, could you try these troubleshooting steps – You will need to re-register your device:
    - Go to your app settings and navigate to UBank.
    You can do this on some devices by long pressing the UBank icon
    - Navigate to Storage and clear data and cache
    - Login and setup your device – you may want to deregister the last version of your apps.
    This should help with accessing your account with the UBank app.

    With saving a Payee or BPay Biller details, this will need to be completed on the full website (www.ubank.com.au/ib?desktop). ^Adi
