    Hi, let's help you out with this. If you're looking to add a Linked Account, you'll need to access the full website (www.ubank.com.au/ib?desktop) and hover your mouse over Managing and then the Add Linked Account option should appear in the drop down menu.

    With the second part, to send a Secure Mail, please go to Talk to us > Secure Mail.

    Please note, these functions are only available on the full website. You're not able to access these on the mobile site or app. ^Adi

    Hi John, Could you try these troubleshooting steps:
    - Go to your app settings and navigate to UBank
    You can do this on some devices by long pressing the UBank icon
    - Navigate to Storage and clear data and cache
    - Login and setup your device – you may want to deregister the last version of your apps.
    - Retry the transaction.

    This is like clearing your cookies/ cache in a browser. ^Adi

    Hi Karen, I'm afraid the Insights tool can't be reinstated as it has now been replaced with our Free2Spend tool. This is our super smart, real-time budgeting and savings goal feature.

    Presently this is only available for iOS devices but will be available on Android really soon. ^Adi

    Hi Brian, let's help you out with this. Just to confirm there are no present outages or maintenance scheduled. You should be able to access the account as per normal.

    We did have an upgrade awhile ago which has updated our website and systems. This may be causing an overlap with the previous website and the new one. In this instance, we may suggest turning your phone on incognito/ private browsing to access our website. You can also use the following link when visiting our site, www.ubank.com.au/ib?desktop

    Hi Amanda, we have had a few rate changes of late. These were posted via our social media (Facebook and Twitter). As well as this, we had a banner displaying the changes on our website, mobile site and UBank app. We also advertised this in The Australian newspaper. ^Adi

    Hi, happy to help with this. You can obtain a receipt with the full transfer details via Managing > Payments. In this area, you'll see your rejected, scheduled and completed transfers.

    To access this you'll just need to login to the full website (www.ubank.com.au/ib?desktop). ^Adi

    Hi Tiarna, whilst you can only link one USave (formerly USaver) account to a USpend (formerly USaver Ultra), we've now updated the bonus criteria to include all USave accounts.
